Processing Times
We do our best to keep a steady inventory of our hand-poured candles. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During busy seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to keep you updated.
If a product is out of stock, it will be listed as unavailable and cannot be purchased until it is restocked.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. If available, these will be clearly announced on our website or during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

A reshipping fee will apply, and we will provide a link to complete payment securely through our website.

Your order will be reshipped once the reshipping fee is paid.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered the customer's responsibility. If your package appears missing:

Please check around your property (porch, garage, side door, back door, etc.).

Ask nearby neighbors if they may have received it by mistake.

Contact your local post office or delivery carrier for further assistance.
Packages are sometimes scanned as "Delivered" a little early or misdelivered nearby. In many cases, they turn up within a day or two.
If your package still cannot be located after 72 hours, please reach out to us at handpoured@701candles.com, and we'll do our best to assist.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages but we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at handpoured@701candles.com.

Include your order number and photos of the damage.
We will gladly replace damaged items according to our Return & Refund Policy.
