FAQ's
Why do you use Coconut Apricot Wax instead of Soy?
We chose a Coconut Apricot wax blend because of its superior scent throw, smooth finish, and clean, long-lasting burn. It’s a luxurious, sustainable alternative to soy that holds fragrance beautifully and burns more evenly — all while giving off less soot.
Are your candles phthalate-free?
Yes. All of our fragrances are phthalate-free and tested for safe use in candles. We care deeply about what goes into our products and how they affect your space — and your health.
What kind of wick do you use?
We use lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a clean, consistent flame. They’re trimmed to the proper length for each vessel to help reduce mushrooming and sooting.
Why does my candle look slightly different from another one?
Because each of our candles is hand-poured in small batches, you may notice slight variations in color, texture, or surface appearance. These natural differences are part of what makes each candle unique.
How do I get the best performance from my candle?
Proper candle care is key to longevity and a clean burn. Always trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn and allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the container on the first light.

What if my candle looks softened or affected by temperature during shipping?
Candles are sensitive to temperature changes during transit. In warmer conditions, your candle may arrive slightly softened. In colder weather, you may notice minor surface imperfections or condensation.
If this happens, allow the candle to return to room temperature before lighting.
- If softened: Let the wax fully firm back up before use.
- If the surface looks uneven: A short burn will typically restore a smooth finish.
These changes are cosmetic and do not affect the performance or quality of your candle.
To help minimize this, we typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid extended time in extreme temperatures.
